RCS is seeking a Signals Analyst to provide technical targeting and all-source intelligence analysis to support the effort across the entire intelligence lifecycle.
This position requires the candidate to work onsite in Chantilly, VA. Relocation assistance is not available.
What you will do:
- Deliver expertise in areas such as threat analysis, cybersecurity, signals analysis, and network intrusion, delivering mission-critical support for every aspect of the mission.
- Capable of providing detailed, expert-level analyses of technical data in support of strategic requirements.
- The analyst must establish and maintain productive community relationships and have the technical expertise and willingness to work with limited direction to achieve critical technical objectives.
Required Qualifications/Education:
- Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, or 4 additional years of relevant technical experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
- 11+ years of experience conducting signals analysis
- 5+ years of experience with geolocation processing and analysis of SIGINT emitters derived from ground, airborne, or overhead SIGINT collectors
- 3+ years of experience with RF waveform design and communication protocols, including cellular, wireless, satellite, or similar
- Scripting languages
Nice to Have Qualifications:
- Completion of DoD 451 or 452 signals collection and analysis courses
- Completion of relevant analyst development program
- Working relevant area of responsibility (AOR)
- Splunk
