Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role involves coordinating marketing initiatives, digital assets, driving brand consistency, and collaborating with internal teams and external agencies. The ideal candidate should have a strong marketing acumen, project management skills, and a passion for closing on deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Coordination

  • Provide internal marketing support to group companies, aligning marketing strategies with business goals across various channels (publications, digital assets, merchandise, and brand applications).
  • Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
  • Collaborate with group companies on event planning and execution to support marketing objectives.
  • Manage relationships with creative and PR agencies, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget, and deadlines.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and standards.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to recommend innovative marketing strategies.

2. Content & Digital Marketing

  • Assist in content creation for social media, email marketing, and website updates.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, preparing reports with key insights.
  • Manage and update the companys CRM, email lists, and customer databases.
  • Support digital advertising efforts, including PPC, SEO, and paid social media campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and digital platforms.

3. Event & Campaign Coordination

  • Support the planning and execution of company events, trade shows, and sponsorships.
  • Coordinate promotional materials, giveaways, and branded merchandise.
  • Work closely with sales and business development teams to create marketing collateral.

4. Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Track and report key performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing roles.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Canva, or Mailchimp.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, and email marketing is a plus.
