Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify potential clients within the automotive and manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate will have a knack for research, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate high-quality leads that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients in the automotive and manufacturing industries.
- Use various tools and platforms to gather contact information and build a robust database of leads.
- Qualify leads through initial research and outreach to determine their fit for our services.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective outreach campaigns.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information and interactions.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation, market research, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the automotive and manufacturing industries is a plus.
- Strong experience of understand USA market and processes is a MUST
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using lead generation tools, CRM software, and data analysis platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
