What does the role involve?
- Communicating effectively with Team Leaders and colleagues about production issues
- Assisting operators with machine setups
- Making necessary machine adjustments for optimal performance
- Following the quality system guidelines
- Ensuring on the job self-inspections
- Enforcing safety standards in the production department to comply with regulations
- Maintaining cleanliness within a collaborative, team-focused environment
What are we looking for?
The perfect candidate for this position should have a background in CNC Milling and/or CNC Turning. We are searching for someone who is hardworking with a drive to succeed. Full training will be given to the successful candidate, which will include details around product specifications, so a desire to learn in a supportive team is essential. Additionally, the ability to work from drawings is a must, and knowledge of programming CNC Machines, particularly with Mazatrol control systems, is beneficial.
