The Role:

  • Managing all inbound enquiries via email and phone
  • Meeting with potential customers online and in person
  • Providing customers with detailed information on the company services
  • Understanding the customer requirements and their business
  • Providing quotations for service and following up with the customer
  • Attending local networking meetings
  • Manage the progress of clients through the sales process.
  • Ensure all customer interaction is recorded onto the CRM system
  • Provide excellent client care both on the phone and in person, including meeting and greeting clients

The Person:

We are seeking a customer-centric individual for this role. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer experiences and possess a strong background in both sales and customer service. Key requirements for this position include:

  • A genuine passion for helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction is paramount. The candidate should be adept at understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service is essential. The candidate should demonstrate a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, handling customer inquiries effectively, and resolving issues promptly.
  • The role involves frequent face-to-face interactions with customers. Therefore, the candidate must be confident in meeting and engaging with people in person, building rapport easily, and maintaining a professional demeanour at all times.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is crucial. The candidate should be comfortable using CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and analyse customer data to enhance service delivery.

Additional Information:

  • Salary circa £28,000
  • Hours of work Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
  • 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
