About the job Senior Manager - Brand Marketing
About the role
.online is one of the world’s leading new Top-Level Domain (nTLD) extensions, built for virtually any use case and widely adopted by businesses and professionals globally. As traditional domain options become increasingly saturated, our mission is to establish .online as the default domain choice for businesses, competing directly with legacy extensions such as .com and .net.
In less than a decade, .online has already made a significant impact on the domain ecosystem and is trusted by over 3.5 million users worldwide. Today, it stands among the largest and fastest-growing nTLDs, supported by strong partnerships with leading registrars and website builders such as GoDaddy, Namecheap, and Lovable, among others. These partnerships are backed by strategic programs designed to maximize adoption and accelerate ecosystem growth.
At the same time, we’ve built strong momentum through marketing across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok—an effort we are now looking to scale significantly to deepen awareness and drive global adoption.
With the ambition of becoming the most recognized and desirable domain extension for businesses worldwide, we are looking for a marketing leader to serve as the brand’s custodian. This role comes with significant autonomy and ownership to develop bold, unconventional ideas that can accelerate the brand’s growth and visibility.
In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping when, where, and how .online shows up across both B2B and B2C channels. You’ll collaborate with top-tier creators, domain industry partners, and technology platforms to scale awareness and drive adoption globally.
As a Brand Marketing Manager at .online, you’ll:
Lead Influencer Campaigns:
- Identify, onboard, and manage creators who inspire entrepreneurs - from educators and business experts to website builders. You’ll work closely with top management, including the C-suite, to build and scale campaigns, lead YouTube-driven influencer marketing initiatives, and position .online as the default choice for micro-entrepreneurs.
- Partner with global agencies, talent managers and influencers to manage end-to-end campaign operations - outreach, contracting, briefing, approvals, invoicing and performance tracking.
- Build repeatable systems to scale YouTube collaborations - our goal is to capture a significant amount of all content produced in the ecosystem! You will play a pivotal role in making sure we can scale this campaign.
- Track performance metrics across campaigns and across tools, consolidate insights into monthly reports, showcasing what’s working and what needs to scale. Use data to inform all of our decisions.
Grow and Scale Channel Programs:
- Ideate and collaborate with internal sales teams to build tailored programs for channel partners to increase awareness, consideration and recall for .online in the long term
- Establish clear attribution models at the outset to ensure every dollar spent on channel awareness is tracked against long-term conversion and recall metrics.
- Lead the complete lifecycle of each program. You’ll have complete ownership right from ideation and modelling to go-live and analysis, making you a very critical part of the program’s success.
Execute 360° Marketing Initiatives
- Work with agency teams internally and externally to roll out campaigns to make .online the defacto domain name for all generic use cases.
- Collaborate with design, content, and media teams to bring big ideas to life across formats and platforms.
- Develop and execute brand strategies over and above the enlisted to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement across key platforms. Remember, if backed by data and intuition, sky’s the limit!
Consumer & Market Research
- Stay on top of marketing trends, emerging formats, and evolving audience behaviors in small businesses and website development.
- Drive independent consumer research that fuels our brand insights and gives actionable insights that are critical to future initiatives of the brand.
Who Should Apply
You’ll thrive here if you:
- Have 6-8 years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, and influencer partnerships (agency or brand side). Prior experience in the USA/European markets is a bonus.
- Possess a solid understanding of the creator economy across platforms who can work with agencies and talent to secure creators with great resonance and potential with minimal involvement. Hands-on experience with campaigns on YouTube is a massive bonus.
- Have experience scaling businesses having worked through the entire marketing funnel of ideation, launch, iteration, analysis and reporting
- Are data-driven and creative in equal measure - you know what makes campaigns click and how to prove it. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working with data and proficient with data analysis and insights.
- Thrive on autonomy and possess a strong bias to action. We encourage having a growth focused mindset requiring minimal help/intervention to set up prototypes and partner outreach funnels to help us gauge early signs and signals as early as possible.
- Are curious, proactive, and love collaborating with cross-functional global teams.
What’s In It for You
- Be part of a high-growth global brand working with some of the biggest names and brands out there.
- Collaborate with some of the smartest marketers & radicals in the team who come from some of the world’s best schools.
- Own ideas end-to-end - from concept to execution - and see your campaigns make real-world impact.
About Radix:
REVOLUTIONISING THE INTERNET:
We started out in 2012 as a part of the Bhavin Turakhia led Directi Group, which has been a prominent player in the web presence industry since the 90s. The meteoric rise in the number of websites back then led to an acute shortage of quality domain names. The depleting name pool within the .com / .net led to growing customer dissatisfaction as first choice names became impossible to find! We knew that domain names had to evolve in order to serve their purpose of memorable online identities.
Enter Radix.
When the Internet Corporation of Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) opened the door to new top level domains other than the .com, .net, .org etc., we knew it was the perfect opportunity to solve a growing customer problem.
Equipped with powerful and meaningful new extensions such as .tech, .online, .store, .fun, .site, .press etc. we set out on a mission to eliminate the distinction between the real names and internet addresses of individuals and businesses. We started with an audacious goal of building a world where domain names are less like phone numbers which need to be written and stored and more like brand names which are easily remembered. And here we are, with more than 11 million domains already registered on our extensions, we are well on the path towards revolutionizing the internet. Brands like Mr. Beast (www.mrbeast.store), Viacom (www.viacom.tech), Emirates (emirates.store), Doordash (order.online), CES (ces.tech), Shakira (www.shakira.store) and many more have already made the switch. Its only a matter of time before the rest of the world does it too. To sum it up, the internet history is being rewritten and Radix is at the core of it.
