About the job Strategic Partnerships Lead – Product & Platform Partnerships
ABOUT THE ROLE (short description)
Radix is building the connective tissue between modern SaaS platforms and domain ownership.
We’re looking for a US-based Strategic Partnerships Lead who operates at the intersection of product, engineering, and commercial decision-making to advance adoption of custom domain registration and usage across SaaS and AI-native tools — including vibe-coding platforms and AI-assisted services for website building, business formation, and brand creation.
This is a highly external-facing, ecosystem-driven role. You’ll become the go-to person in the Valley for Product Managers, platform teams, and technical leaders exploring how custom domains can unlock better user experiences, monetization, and platform stickiness.
Most domain infrastructure today is outdated and built on legacy systems, with complex APIs and architectures that weren’t designed for modern or AI-native platforms. Radix provides clean, AI-friendly APIs and modern, high-performance architecture, designed for fast integration, low operational overhead, and a superior end-user experience.
You’ll work closely with PMs, architects, founders, and commercial stakeholders to shape integrations, partnerships, and GTM strategies that scale domain usage inside products.
What the Job Is Like
You’ll be part of a high-impact partnerships team, focused on driving product-led partnerships across North America.
- Own and advance the custom domains use case across SaaS platforms and developer tools
- Build strong relationships with PMs, platform teams, founders, and BD leaders
- Help partners think through product design, technical approach, and business impact
- Identify and close product-led partnerships (APIs, embedded flows, marketplace integrations)
- Work closely with Radix Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal teams to launch and scale partnerships
- Lead partner pitches, proposals, and commercial discussions
- Represent Radix across the Bay Area product ecosystem — meetings, events, and informal networks
Who Should Apply
- 6–10+ years in product partnerships, platform BD, or ecosystem roles
- Strong product intuition; comfortable talking APIs, UX tradeoffs, and roadmap constraints
- Equally credible with technical and business stakeholders
- Experience working with SaaS or developer-first products
- Comfort operating in high-ambiguity environments where the use case is still evolving
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills — written and verbal
- Strong project management instincts and follow-through
- A self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action
Why This Role Matters
Custom domains are becoming a core platform capability, not a bolt-on feature. This role sits at the center of that shift.
You won’t just “manage partners” — you’ll shape how domains are embedded into modern SaaS products, influence product roadmaps, and establish Radix as the default domain partner for the next generation of platforms.
About Radix:
REVOLUTIONISING THE INTERNET:
We started out in 2012 as a part of the Bhavin Turakhia led Directi Group, which has been a prominent player in the web presence industry since the 90s. The meteoric rise in the number of websites back then led to an acute shortage of quality domain names. The depleting name pool within the .com / .net led to growing customer dissatisfaction as first choice names became impossible to find! We knew that domain names had to evolve in order to serve their purpose of memorable online identities.
Enter Radix.
When the Internet Corporation of Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) opened the door to new top level domains other than the .com, .net, .org etc., we knew it was the perfect opportunity to solve a growing customer problem.
Equipped with powerful and meaningful new extensions such as .tech, .online, .store, .fun, .site, .press etc. we set out on a mission to eliminate the distinction between the real names and internet addresses of individuals and businesses. We started with an audacious goal of building a world where domain names are less like phone numbers which need to be written and stored and more like brand names which are easily remembered. And here we are, with more than 11 million domains already registered on our extensions, we are well on the path towards revolutionizing the internet. Brands like Mr. Beast (www.mrbeast.store), Viacom (www.viacom.tech), Emirates (emirates.store), Doordash (order.online), CES (ces.tech), Shakira (www.shakira.store) and many more have already made the switch. Its only a matter of time before the rest of the world does it too. To sum it up, the internet history is being rewritten and Radix is at the core of it.
