As a Jr. IT Recruiter, you will manage the recruitment process for IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers, leveraging your skills in talent acquisition, employer branding, and candidate engagement. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, curious, and has an affinity for IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Source and attract top tech talent using ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Conduct candidate sourcing, outreach, and initial screenings.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance Raditys presence in the job market.

What We Are Looking For

• B2 level English (C1 preferred, written and spoken).
• Previous experience in HR and IT Recruitment.
• A motivated self-starter with a proactive and curious mindset.
• Experience with an ATS and/or LinkedIn Recruiter is nice to have.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a team player.
