Business Analyst

Radity is a forward-thinking software engineering company specializing in software development, design, and quality solutions, with extensive expertise in fintech and insurtech. We seek an IT Business Analyst to join our insurtech-focused team. In this position, you will analyze complex business workflows, define lean but effective specifications, and ensure seamless project execution. You'll work directly with clients in a professional manner, solving challenging problems with curiosity and precision.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deeply understand business workflows, challenges, and requirements.
• Write clear, concise, and actionable specifications that guide development teams effectively.
• Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
• Analyze existing processes, propose improvements, and support teams in implementing solutions.
• Identify potential project risks and challenges, implementing mitigation strategies proactively.

Requirements

• C1-level English proficiency (both written and spoken).
• Min. 3 years of experience in a business analysis and/or project management role within software projects
• Strong understanding of software development processes and IT systems.
• Proven ability to write lean but highly useful specifications.
• Strong curiosity and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to dig deep into complex workflows.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to professionally engage with clients and teams.
• Experience working in finance or insurance domains is highly preferred.
