We are seeking a Associate Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our marketing team reporting to Senior Project Manager. You will be assisting Project Manager in the management of performance marketing project across our Media Services Rabbit Care department.
Position Requirements -:
- Assist Project Manager in the management of performance marketing projects
- Understand the scope and determine all necessary tasks in each step of project execution in order to smoothly meet deadline and budget
- Execute campaign initiatives to achieve online business performance through digital marketing platforms and social media
- Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns as well as assess goal achievement (ROI and KPIs)
- Monitor, respond and support to find solutions for any issues and problems that might occur in order to manage and limit project risks
- Keep detailed projects notes, record meeting minutes, manage and update information within the team
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Work with content team to develop content and digital media (e.g. websites, banners, and key messages) related to the campaign
- Deliver exceptional client service and develop meaningful relations with our clients
- Resolve client concerns by investigating problems and delivering solutions
Education and Experience -:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 2 years of work experience in Digital Marketing, familiar with financial or Insurance products is a plus
- Previous experience in Digital Agency Companies would be an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command in written and spoken English
- Good understanding of data analysis
- Well-organized structured thinking and self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Enjoy solving problems, work under pressure and focus on project deadlines
- Hard working, highly responsible with flexible working hours
- Eager to learn new things/skills
- Creative and able to effectively present products on marketing materials
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time while paying strict attention to delivering high quality work
- Great service mind with outstanding presentation and negotiation skills
