We are seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of media planners and building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing digital marketing projects, and driving campaign success through effective strategy execution.

Position Requirements -:

  • Manage a team of media planners, ensuring we deliver high client satisfaction scores.
  • Lead on day to day running of the account with clients & agency partners.
  • Management and development of key client relationships for the accounts.
  • Ensure that the teams are delivering strategies that meet clients briefs whilst balancing agency trading objectives.
  • Develop campaign presentations including insights, media strategy, channel tactics, budget and flighting strategy and measurement framework.
  • Give guidance to team members to deliver their individual personal growth targets.
  • Complete oversight of the output from the team including planning, execution, quality checks and processes and the day-to-day project management of media solutions.
  • Manage and ensure that each team member fully understands and can deliver against clients KPIs and business goals.
  • Manage upwards to ensure any challenges are resolved quickly and timely.

Education and Experience -:

  • 5 years plus of proven experience in the media industry with a solid understanding of digital media across paid search, social and biddable.
  • Strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads manager and other ad platforms.
  • Solid understanding of digital media across paid search, social and biddable.
  • Proficiency in any design or creative software such as Photoshop or Illustrator would be advantageous.
  • Initiative & Accountability.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a Team Player.
  • Ability to work well under tight schedule.
  • Good communication and presentation skills in Thai and English language.
  • An appetite, knowledge, and understanding of technology and trends.
