ICT Lead

 Job Description:

Role Summary

Were looking for an ICT Lead to own day-to-day IT operations across a hybrid workforce in a high-availability iGaming environment. Youll ensure secure, reliable infrastructure, lead support operations, and continuously improve IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own ICT operations: endpoint management, identity/access, networks, collaboration tools, and IT support.
  • Lead IT service delivery (ticketing, SLAs, escalation, root-cause analysis, vendor coordination).
  • Drive security best practices across IT operations (device compliance, patching, MFA, least privilege).
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding, hardware lifecycle, and IT asset management.
  • Partner with Security/Compliance to maintain controls aligned with regulated operations.
  • Plan improvements: standardisation, automation, documentation, and resilience.

Requirements (Must-Have)

  • Proven ICT/IT operations leadership experience within iGaming (mandatory).
  • Strong Microsoft ecosystem knowledge (M365, Azure AD/Entra, Intune/Endpoint Manager).
  • Experience with networks (LAN/WAN/VPN/Wi-Fi), endpoint security, and identity/access controls.
  • Vendor management and support process ownership (ITIL-aligned is a plus).
  • Comfortable supporting a 24/7 operational mindset (on-call/escalation when needed).

Nice to Have

  • Security tooling experience (EDR, SIEM coordination, DLP, conditional access).
  • Scripting/automation (PowerShell), zero-trust initiatives, ISO/SOC exposure.
