Key Responsibilities

• Produce longer-form articles on topics including personal finance, investments, banking, fintech, economic trends, and related financial themes
• Research complex financial subjects and turn them into content that is accessible to both informed and non-specialist audiences
• Work closely with marketing, design, and wider content teams to support campaigns and broader brand positioning
• Ensure all content reflects the clients tone of voice, messaging, and reputation goals
• Follow SEO best practice when creating content, including keyword use, structure, and optimisation principles
• Review and edit content to maintain quality, clarity, consistency, and factual accuracy
• Keep up to date with developments in financial markets, industry changes, and relevant trends
• Ensure content aligns with expected compliance standards and is produced with care for regulated or sensitive subject matter

Requirements

• Proven experience writing content for the financial industry, with writing samples available
• Strong understanding of financial topics such as personal finance, investing, banking, fintech, economic developments, or related areas
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong research skills with the ability to simplify complex information without losing accuracy
