Job Opportunity: Building Services Maintenance Helper
Salary: €13.440 -€18,000
The Role The Building Services Maintenance Helper supports the Facilities team in maintaining the organizations buildings, production areas, and guest-facing spaces. This role contributes to the overall safety, efficiency, and aesthetic quality of the estate by assisting with routine maintenance, equipment support, and seasonal operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Facility & Estate Maintenance
- Assist with inspections, repairs, and general upkeep of site buildings, including production zones, storage areas, administrative spaces, and supporting facilities.
- Perform minor carpentry, painting, patching, and facility touch-ups to uphold high brand and aesthetic standards.
- Support the maintenance of lighting, walkways, drainage systems, and structural components across the property.
Production & Equipment Support
- Assist with the cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of industrial production equipment, pumps, and processing lines.
- Participate in preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and operational readiness.
- Promptly report equipment concerns to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
Mechanical, Electrical & Utility Support
- Provide hands-on assistance to technicians performing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing tasks.
- Help monitor and maintain HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and climate-controlled environments.
- Support the maintenance of water systems, utility infrastructure, and sanitation systems.
Seasonal Operational Support
- Assist with the setup, cleaning, and breakdown of seasonal equipment and work areas.
- Provide general labor support during peak operational periods, contributing to safe and organized workflows.
- Adapt to increased seasonal activity with a positive, team-oriented approach.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all site safety protocols, including PPE requirements, chemical handling, and specialized safety guidelines.
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work environments.
- Support compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Education: National Diploma in a maintenance-related field or equivalent technical certification.
- Experience: Background in maintenance, construction, agriculture, or industrial environments is highly beneficial.
Skills & Abilities
- Ability to safely operate hand tools and basic power tools.
- Proactive willingness to learn facility-specific equipment and technical processes.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to follow technical instructions.
- Physical capability to lift, carry, climb, bend, and work in varied environments.

Working Environment

- May require flexibility in hours during peak operational periods but core hours are Monday-Friday 07:00-16:00
