Job Opportunity: Bottling Line Machine Operator

Salary: €13,659-€14,500

The Role We are currently seeking Bottling Line Machine Operators to join our production team. The selected candidates will operate machinery on the bottling line and support production activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Operate and monitor specialised bottling line machinery and equipment.
• Process Oversight: Ensure the smooth, continuous running of the bottling process.
• Maintenance & Adjustments: Perform routine machine checks and basic mechanical adjustments.
• Troubleshooting: Promptly identify and report technical issues or machine faults to the technical team.
• Quality Control: Maintain rigorous quality standards throughout all bottling operations.
• Line Support: Assist with equipment setup and product changeovers as required.
• Compliance: Strictly follow company safety, hygiene, and quality protocols.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with supervisors and fellow production team members to meet targets.

Requirements

• Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively within a team in either English/Maltese/Italian.
• Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Aptitude: Basic mechanical aptitude and a proactive willingness to learn new systems.
• Attributes: Reliable, responsible, and highly detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment is a plus

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Shift: 07:00 – 16:00
