QA Analyst - Senior Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Analyst (Senior Consultant) to oversee the

quality assurance function for an ERP Oracle Fusion implementation project. This role involves managing

and governing the testing activities performed by an external vendor, ensuring adherence to quality

standards, and holding the third-party team accountable for delivering high-quality results. The ideal

candidate will possess strong client-facing skills, executive presence, and the ability to provide oversight

and validation of testing processes, scripts, and scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the QA Lead to establish and enforce QA governance frameworks for the ERP

Oracle Fusion implementation.

- Oversee and monitor the quality assurance activities performed by the external vendor, ensuring

compliance with agreed-upon standards and timelines.

- Validate test scripts, scenarios, and deliverables to ensure alignment with project requirements

and quality benchmarks.

- Act as a point of accountability for the third-party vendor, addressing performance gaps and

driving resolution of quality issues.

- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve testing processes and outcomes.

- Conduct periodic reviews of testing progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.

- Ensure proper documentation of test results, defects, and resolutions for transparency and

traceability.

- Represent the QA function in client-facing meetings, providing updates on quality assurance

progress and addressing client concerns.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and

technical teams, to ensure seamless integration of QA activities into the overall project plan.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a

related field.

- 5-9 Years of experience in quality assurance roles within ERP implementations (preferably Oracle

Fusion).

- Strong understanding of ERP systems, workflows, and business processes.

- Proven experience in managing or overseeing third-party vendors in a QA capacity.

- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail for validating test scenarios and identifying

gaps.

- Excellent communication skills with an ability to present complex information clearly to

stakeholders at all levels.

- Demonstrated ability to work in a client-facing role with strong executive presence.

- Familiarity with industry-standard testing tools is a plus.
