We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Implementation Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to align SAP solutions with organizational financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Implementation & Configuration:

- Design and configure SAP FICO modules based on business requirements.

- Conduct gap analysis to identify business needs and map them to SAP functionalities.

- Customize General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Centers.


- Business Process Analysis:

- Analyze existing financial processes and recommend improvements.

- Facilitate workshops to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.


- Testing & Documentation:

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Document functional designs, test cases, results, and system configurations.

- Training & Support:

- Provide end-user training to ensure effective utilization of the SAP FICO module.

- Offer post-implementation support to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.

- Integration & Collaboration:

- Work closely with other SAP consultants to ensure seamless integration of FICO with other modules like MM, SD, PP, and HR.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP solutions with overall business objectives.

- Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated on the latest SAP developments and industry best practices.

- Proactively propose enhancements to improve system functionality and compliance with financial regulations.


Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or SAP certification is a plus.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting, including full-cycle implementation projects.

- Proven expertise in configuring Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.

- Strong knowledge of financial processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Accounting.

- Experience in data migration tools and concepts related to SAP FICO.

- Familiarity with integration points between FICO and other SAP modules like MM, SD, HR, and PP.

- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and end-user training.

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Project management skills to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.


Preferred Experience

- Knowledge of S/4HANA Finance or Central Finance is highly desirable.

- Basic ABAP skillsets for query reporting and maintenance.

- Experience in multi-regional support environments (e.g., APAC/ANZ).
