We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading national facility management company with 100+ locations across the U.S. and Canada. This role focuses on delivering janitorial, commercial cleaning, floor care, window washing, landscaping, and general maintenance services to local businesses.

This is a high-impact, full-cycle sales position—designed for top-performing sales professionals. The mandate is clear: grow revenue, secure long-term client contracts, and expand market share in Northern Orange County.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive $1M+ in new business annually within your assigned territory
  • Build and maintain relationships with facility managers, operations directors, and business owners
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including demos, proposals, and negotiation
  • Actively prospect (20+ hours/week) and manage a high-value account list in CRM
  • Collaborate with operations and account managers to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery
  • Maintain disciplined sales data entry and pipeline management

Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years B2B outside sales experience, preferably in facility services, building maintenance, or related industries
  • Proven track record of overachievement (105%+ of quota)
  • Strong prospecting and territory development skills
  • Experienced in CRM systems and managing pipeline/territory data
  • Outgoing, dynamic, and coachable with strong communication skills

Compensation & Performance

  • Base: $80K (flexible for strong candidates)
  • OTE: $100K–$135K+
  • Recurring commission opportunities on multi-location contracts
  • Top performers can significantly exceed OTE
  • Location: Remote (Orange County, CA)
