Salary: $75K - $125K Base + VERY STRONG commissions + Benefits

Our client, a fast-growing technology company based in Austin, Texas, is seeking a driven Account Executive with a true hunter mindset. This is a hybrid role offering the opportunity to work with a leading SaaS provider while selling cutting-edge solutions that are transforming the way businesses operate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business by prospecting, qualifying, and closing SaaS sales opportunities across mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to consistently exceed targets and maximize revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and IT leaders.
  • Manage complex sales cycles from discovery to contract negotiation, leveraging a consultative sales approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams in product, marketing, and customer success to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 46 years of proven success in SaaS sales with a strong record of exceeding quota.
  • Experience in hunting and closing new business within competitive technology markets.
  • Strong ability to manage full-cycle sales processes and engage with executive-level buyers.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to thrive in a high-growth environment.
