About The Company: You will be working for a leader in the electrical distribution industry with their Canadian head office in Brampton, Ontario, is partnering with Quota Crushers Agency to find a skilled Sales Executive for their Southern Ontario operations. This role combines inside and outside sales responsibilities with a 60/40 split, focusing on the Greater Toronto Area and potentially extending to Niagara Falls and Kitchener.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage a portfolio of accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles, prepare detailed proposals, and conduct effective product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, purchasing managers, and key stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Maintain a balance between inside and outside sales activities, including occasional travel and overnight stays.

Requirements:

  • Minimum five years of technical sales experience in wire, cable, connectors, automation, and assemblies.
  • Strong background in electrical distribution with a proven track record in B2B sales.
  • Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., Rubicon) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary approximately $70,000 CAD, with flexibility based on experience.
