Account Executive - 3PL Logistics - Across Canada

Position Overview:

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling a comprehensive suite of logistics services, including 3PL trucking, ocean and air freight, and customs brokerage solutions. This role offers an attractive compensation package, including a competitive $75,000 - $85,000 base salary, with an uncapped earning potential of up to $140,000 in OTE. In addition, we provide car allowance and comprehensive health benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to identify opportunities for new business and account growth.
• Promote and sell logistics solutions across Canada and the United States.
• Leverage your industry knowledge and network to generate leads and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and seamless operations.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably within the logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of 3PL trucking, ocean and air freight, and customs brokerage services.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Existing relationships and a "book of business" in the logistics sector is a significant advantage.
