About the job Account Executive - Premium Coffee Importer
Our client is a premium Italian coffee brand, loved by Canadians, imported straight from Italy. Their coffee is already on the menu at some of Toronto's best restaurants and specialty cafes, and they're now looking to grow their Toronto footprint with a sharp, hungry Sales Executive to lead that charge.
The Role
You'll be on the ground building relationships with independent coffee shops, Italian restaurants, specialty food retailers, and grocery accounts. This is a field sales role. You're in the car, making visits, opening doors, and closing deals. You'll be selling a product that the right buyers genuinely get excited about.
What We're Looking For
We're headhunting for someone who has sold into the hospitality and food service world. Think spirits, wine, food and beverage, or specialty products into bars, restaurants, or grocery accounts. You know how to walk into a busy kitchen or a buyer's office and earn trust fast.
- Proven track record in B2B field sales into restaurants, cafes, or retail food accounts
- Comfortable owning a territory and managing your own pipeline
- Strong relationship builder, not just a cold caller
- Existing connections in Toronto's food and hospitality scene are a big plus
Compensation
- $75K,000 - $90,000 base salary - $110K OTE
- Company car provided, or $600/month car allowance if you prefer your own vehicle, plus gas covered
- Cell phone provided
Location: Toronto, ON (field-based, primarily downtown and GTA)
