We are recruiting on behalf of a venture-backed ecommerce SaaS company redefining how brands deliver personalized shopping experiences. With $7M+ in revenue and strong product-market fit, the company is scaling quickly and building a high-performing sales team.
This is a true hunter role focused on net-new revenue generation. You will lead consultative sales cycles with ecommerce brands across North America, helping them unlock new revenue through personalized product experiences that increase conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive net-new business with ecommerce brands across Canada and the U.S.
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close
- Lead consultative sales conversations with founders, ecommerce leaders, and digital teams
- Identify customer pain points and position the platform as a revenue growth solution
- Collaborate with SDRs to build and execute outbound strategies
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline in a fast-paced, startup environment
What We're Looking For
- Proven hunter mentality with a track record of closing net-new business
- Experience selling SaaS, ecommerce technology, digital platforms, or API-based solutions
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover business challenges and articulate value
- Experience working in high-growth or startup environments
- Self-driven, competitive, and comfortable owning a full sales cycle
Compensation & Perks
- Base salary: $120,000 – $200,000 CAD
- OTE: Double (uncapped commission)
- Top performers earn $400K–$700K+ annually
- Fully remote (Canada-based)
