Were hiring an Account Executive to sell a highly technical AI software platform built specifically for manufacturing environments across the USA & Canada.
About the company
Our client provides AI-driven software that integrates directly into existing factory systems and equipment. The platform is hardware-agnostic and is used by manufacturers to reduce defects, increase throughput, minimize downtime, and improve safety and compliance on the factory floor. This is a true Industry 4.0 solution, sold into operations-led manufacturing organizations, not generic IT buyers.
The role
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close
- Sell into factories, plants, and industrial manufacturing operations
- Lead discovery with operations, engineering, and executive stakeholders
- Manage complex, consultative enterprise deals (~$250K ACV)
- Carry a ~$1M annual quota
- Work closely with internal technical and engineering teams throughout the sales process
Early on, you will self-source pipeline. SDR support is added after performance is proven.
Who were looking for
- Manufacturing sales experience is required
- Strong preference for backgrounds in automation, industrial software, or factory-focused SaaS
- Experience selling into production, operations, or engineering-driven environments
- Comfortable navigating factory settings and technical conversations
- This is not a role for generic SaaS sellers without manufacturing exposure
Compensation
- ~$200K OTE (50/50 base + commission)
- Uncapped commission
This is a role for sellers who want to work on real manufacturing problems, selling a product that directly impacts how factories operate.
