About the job Customer Service Manager

Our client is fast growing food ingredient supplier in Malaysia. 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and co-ordinate the delivery activities
  • To ensure that the invoice / DO / shipping document are prepared according to the customer requirements
  • To report on the overall administrative and performance to top management during the Management Review Meeting.
  • To ensure the correct and prompt collection from customers
  • Oversee office operation and day-to-day activities. 
  • Lead, supervise & delegate tasks to business administrative executive personnel(s).
  • Represent office interests in relationships with external associates (suppliers, customers, government bodies such as FOSIM, Customs)
  • Improve, develop and implement customer service policies to achieve customer satisfactory directions
  • Liase with Accountant, Tax Manager, Audit Manager in monitoring accounts, preparing month end reports and financial forecasts.


Basic Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in any management discipline and / or
Minimum 5 years managerial experience in office operation / logistics / customer service / admin
Analytic skill
Be able to plan and manage the office operation
