Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain annual project requirements and prioritize projects based on specific service lines.
  • Collaborate with key users to validate project objectives and business cases.
  • Conduct post-project analysis and track productivity to evaluate project delivery.
  • Gather information on system operation issues and collaborate with technical team to resolve them or incorporate them into system enhancement plans.
  • Forecast and control capital expenditures.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and spearhead efforts to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance.
  • Monitor project delivery to ensure compliance with target SLA/KPI for the service line.
  • Facilitate Lean Six Sigma training and drive on-going improvement initiatives.
  • Track and monitor the progress of value-added and efficiency projects.


Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or similar field.
  • At least 5 years of project management experience in large enterprises or multinational corporations.
  • Prior experience in end-to-end process design.
  • Experience working on projects involving data, BI, or reporting functions.
  • A Lean Six Sigma certificate (Green Belt or higher) will be an added advantage.
  • A PMP certification will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
