About the job HR & Admin Manager (Puchong, Manufacturing)

Job Scope:

  • Oversee all HR functions, including payroll, income tax, leave management, EPF/CPF contributions, recruitment, interviews, performance appraisals, and bonus calculations.
  • Manage expatriate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare and review employment contracts and inter-company agreements.
  • Verify and process staff claims and expenses for both Malaysia and Singapore offices.
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies, including the employee handbook.
  • Handle staff medical claims, liaise with insurers, and ensure timely reimbursement.
  • Assist in other HR and administrative tasks as required.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in a manufacturing environment, with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, talent development, and performance management.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and social insurance policies in Malaysia and Singapore. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, with strong data analysis skills.
