Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies that align with overall business goals and drive market impact.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and opportunities for brand growth.
- Leverage consumer research to define brand positioning, target audience, and key messages that resonate with consumers.
- Create and manage annual brand plans, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve brand objectives and deliver against KPIs.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, PR, and traditional mediums.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product development, sales, supply chain, etc.) to ensure strategic alignment and consistency in brand execution.
- Monitor brand performance, market share, and competitive landscape, making necessary adjustments and recommendations to drive growth and maintain brand relevance.
- Manage brand budgets efficiently, tracking expenses, and ensuring maximum ROI.
- Build and manage strong partnerships with external agencies to develop creative and impactful marketing campaigns.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of brand managers to achieve targets and foster their professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in brand management within the FMCG industry, preferably at a multinational company.
- Strong understanding of consumer insights, market dynamics, and industry trends.
- Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Proficient in using marketing software, analytics tools, and project management applications.
- Adaptable and result-oriented, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
