Key Responsibilities:

  • Migration Activities: Play a pivotal role in the migration of accounts receivable activities (including new customer set-up, creating invoices, recording payments, tracking balances and resolving billing discrepancies) to the new shared service center. Ensure a smooth transition and adherence to established timelines.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Lead and facilitate the seamless transfer of accounts receivable knowledge within the new shared service center. Leverage your expertise to empower the team and enhance their capabilities.
  • Process Optimization: Spearhead process improvement initiatives within the accounts receivable function. Identify opportunities for efficiency and contribute to the development of best practices.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate accounts receivable processes effectively. Foster a collaborative environment that supports the center's overall objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the accounts receivable domain. Implement strategies to enhance accuracy, reduce turnaround times, and elevate overall performance.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/related fields.
  • Prior working experience with SAP.
  • Proficient in spoken and written simplified Mandarin to support Mandarin-speaking regions.
  • Proven Expertise: Extensive experience in Accounts Receivable with a track record of successfully leading knowledge transfer and migration activities.
  • Process Optimization: Strong background in process optimization, with a focus on enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address challenges in the accounts receivable function.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, inspiring and guiding a team toward shared objectives.
