About the job Assistant Marketing Manager, SEA
This role will support the Head of Marketing for the development and execution of highly effective marketing plans to achieve relevant targets for profitability, growth, innovation and brand presence across Southeast Asia markets. Key responsibilities include:-
Strategy
Develop an integrated view of key business drivers, incorporating all aspects of marketing/ business and Implementation of marketing plans (including activation) focusing:
- Total company profitability and growth
- New Product Innovation | Product Development
- New Channel Development
- Brand Awareness | Market Share | Brand Presence
- Product & Category Development
Commercial, Customers and Financial Planning
- Accountable for relevant targets for profitability, growth and marketing A&P.
- Strong collaboration with multiple stakeholders including internal marketing team, sales team, operations team and regional/ global marketing team.
- Work closely with sales team, distributor partners and customers to implement marketing activities/ plans, adhering to the sales growth and plans and drive brand presence with POSM at store level and digital awareness.
Marketing Planning
- Strong collaboration with external stakeholders such as creative agency, digital agency, activation agency and supplier to drive brand awareness, market share and brand presence in both B2B and B2C.
- Close collaboration with in house chef to develop menus and LTOs leveraging on market trends and insights.
- Responsible and active participation in food shows from planning to execution and driving leads.
- Leveraging on insights to develop customize marketing plans.
- Responsible for managing below the line campaigns (POS, Demonstrations, Instore activations), innovation and portfolio management.
- Working hands in hands with Marketing Manager to achieve overall marketing and company target.
Learning and Growth
Learn by tracking and analysing promotion and campaign performance versus plans, benchmark executions from other markets. Be involved in short term tactical planning to meet monthly sales target as well as a long-term approach to implement the global strategy in our market.
Education and Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience in B2B or FMCG.
- Good interpersonal skills, pleasant personality with positive attitude, excellent communicator, good persuasion and negotiation skills, creative and open mindset.
- Must be mobile and able to travel around the region if required.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.
