About the job General Ledger Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end-to-end RTR processes and ensure all activities are completed in accordance with company's policies, statutory and regulatory standards.
  • Responsible in completing intercompany, fixed asset, bank reconciliation, journal entries posting and other related RTR tasks timely and accurately.
  • Prepare monthly prepayment schedules, monthly fixed accrual entries, and maintain accrual control worksheet.
  • Clearing of open items balance in the SAP system as and when necessary.
  • Support and coach junior team members on RTR processes.
  • Involve in company-wide continuous improvement or process streamlining initiatives.


Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting & Finance or related fields.
  • Prior working experience under the RTR function - Familiar with daily RTR tasks including journal entries posting, reconciliations, balance sheet review and month-end closing.
  • Leadership experience in managing a small team, passionate in guiding juniors on RTR processes.
  • Working experience with SAP system will be an added advantage.
  • Prior involvement in CI or Lean Six Sigma related projects will be an added advantage.
  • Great multitasker with excellent communication skills.
