About the job General Ledger Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end RTR processes and ensure all activities are completed in accordance with company's policies, statutory and regulatory standards.
- Responsible in completing intercompany, fixed asset, bank reconciliation, journal entries posting and other related RTR tasks timely and accurately.
- Prepare monthly prepayment schedules, monthly fixed accrual entries, and maintain accrual control worksheet.
- Clearing of open items balance in the SAP system as and when necessary.
- Support and coach junior team members on RTR processes.
- Involve in company-wide continuous improvement or process streamlining initiatives.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting & Finance or related fields.
- Prior working experience under the RTR function - Familiar with daily RTR tasks including journal entries posting, reconciliations, balance sheet review and month-end closing.
- Leadership experience in managing a small team, passionate in guiding juniors on RTR processes.
- Working experience with SAP system will be an added advantage.
- Prior involvement in CI or Lean Six Sigma related projects will be an added advantage.
- Great multitasker with excellent communication skills.
