About the job HR Data Analytics and Reporting
Our client is a growing green energy major and global leader in climate action.
As the HR Analytic and Reporting key person, you will be partnering with the key internal mid-senior stakeholders to understand needs and drive solutions that enable analytical insight and decision-making.
- Manage, maintain and analyze data to develop data-driven insights to the business in order to make strategic planning to drive improvement and make decisions.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have experience with applying advanced statistical methods when analyzing data
- can turn data into easily understandable and actionable business insights
- are able to work with international colleagues and have excellent communication and presentation skills
- possess strong leadership or solid project management experience, as an added advantage
- have proven success with competencies outlined in the section above.
