About the job Senior Sales Executive, Infant Nutrition (Asia)

Established in 1917, our client is one of the market leader involved primarily in business activities relating to production and sale of dairy products.

To ensure they continue to grow outside Japan, they are building a team to grow the Infant Nutrition business in Asia.

Key responsibilities:

  • Promote, develop and build stragety for Infant Formula product business in Malaysia and Bangladesh.
  • Support investigation, planning, strategy making for new market entry project in India.
  • Support distributor of the export business of infant formula by headquarters in Tokyo mainly in Malaysia, Bangladesh regarding sales, marketing and product development, so that we can expand sales in these countries.
  • Consider appropriate local execution plan and strategy with distributors once the strategy is approved internally.  Monitor the progress and success of the plan.
  • Work closely with R&D team in Japan and Europe in order to support the infant formula business in these countries. 
  • Responsible for marketing of Early life Nutrition especially in Malaysia and Bangladesh,  work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager.
  • Communicate necessary information on this business with headquarter, which is the owner of the product brand and discuss neccesary arrangements to be made.
  • Ensure continuous monitoring and understanding of the market situation of these countries and surrounding key market countries and provide periodic updates to the team.

Required skills:

  • Experience in promoting dairy or pharma products, ideally in Early Life Nutrition (ELN) portfolio will be an advantage. 
  • Experience in distributor management. 
  • Willing to travel 50%. 
  • Advanced communication and collaboration skills.
