Commercial & Finance Ops Manager (Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the team in Finance operations, including financial reporting for SEA, preparation of quarterly corporate reporting, accounts receivables, accounts payables, fixed assets, account receivables collection, credit management.
• Lead and manage site compliance activities, cashflow forecast, capex process, local statutory reporting on tax and audit, lease accounting, local statutory filing and requirements, treasury and hedging.
• Work closely with both operations and supply chain teams to provide commercial insights and drive margin gain within the site. 
• Collaborate with operations and continuous Improvement teams to enhance profitability in low margin product groups/customers and ensure action plans are implemented.
• Work on various projects, including ERP Improvement opportunities, Inventory Reduction Program, Major Project (Capex), and Ad-hoc projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Finance operations.

Essential Requirements:

• At least 10 years of relevant working experience, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing.
• Professional accounting designation (CA/CPA) or a recognised accounting degree.
• Broad commercial and operational experience, coupled with high-level corporate exposure and people management experience.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to provide clear summarized analysis.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and handle ambiguity effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and determination.
