Key responsibilities

Mergers & Acquisitions

  • Supporting the APAC Business Director during the acquisition process: analysis, project follow-up, integration, etc.
  • Monitoring all the aspects of integration with all departments (sales, logistics, finance, HR, industrial etc).

Analysis and Reporting

  • Maximizing performance of your defined area:
    • Analysing results and performance
    • Providing advices and improvement paths
  • Provide detailed studies on competitors, suppliers, customers etc.
  • KPI monitoring
  • Assist the Business Unit Director during operational meetings

Corporate Development

  • Sourcing for potential growth opportunities externally, particularly in areas related to
    • Feed and raw materials and/or additives producers
    • Animal feed additives distribution companies
    • Animal feed premix producers
  • Analysing sales performance of different products
  • Monitoring sourcing projects of new raw materials
  • Advising management regarding products diversification/strategy

Skils and Pre-requisites:

  • Master/Bachelor degree in Corporate Finance / M&A / Strategy

  • Minimum 3 to 6 years' experience in similar position: M&A Analyst or Manager, Strategic Project Manager etc
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of the assigned geographical area is an advantage
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin or ay other Asian language will be strong advantage
  • Large-scale strategic vision, result-oriented
  • Strong knowledge in corporate finance
  • Detail and figure oriented
  • Strong business acumen
  • Leadership and communication skilll
  • IT: Office, CRM
