Responsibilities

  • Develop and executive strategies for recruitment that align with business and company needs.
  • Drive progressive recruiting tactics that continually replenish candidate pipelines based on market conditions and current and projected trends/needs.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders for new or replacement job openings to identify the requirements.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to hiring managers and pivot nimbly on hiring strategies

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
  • Proven record in leadership role.
  • Minimum 2 years manpower planning experience.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment across entry level to mid-senior roles
