Responsibilities
- Develop and executive strategies for recruitment that align with business and company needs.
- Drive progressive recruiting tactics that continually replenish candidate pipelines based on market conditions and current and projected trends/needs.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders for new or replacement job openings to identify the requirements.
- Provide market intelligence and insights to hiring managers and pivot nimbly on hiring strategies
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
- Proven record in leadership role.
- Minimum 2 years manpower planning experience.
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment across entry level to mid-senior roles
