Our client is a leading and globally recognized FMCG company, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in driving our people strategy, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring the overall success of our organization. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives, ensuring the attraction, retention, and development of top talent.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to provide guidance and support on strategic human resource initiatives.
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Manage the performance management process, providing guidance on performance-related issues and fostering a performance-driven culture.
  • Oversee the compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and in line with industry standards.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures, while creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as an HR Manager in the FMCG/ Retail industry or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive matters with discretion, and exhibit professionalism at all times.
