AP Manager (China Support)
About the job AP Manager (China Support)
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the set-up and on-going management of AP scope of services, ensure all processes are in line with service level agreements and quality standards.
- Accountable for proper execution of group financial policies and delivers innovation and continuous improvements that enhance the services/optimize cost for AP activities.
- Lead change of technology, automation, and standardization.
- Monitor compliance and process performance, working with risk, compliance, internal control, and internal and external audit
- Drive global process standardization, harmonization, automation, process excellence and continuous improvement across the region.
- Lead AP local teams to plan and implement AP processes, deploy technology, operating principles, services, culture and organization design for the region.
- Report performance and escalate local/ global issues to local lead.
- Identify and gain approval for enhancements and process improvements.
- Act as point of contact for the region regarding AP service level and activities.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Proficient in the Mandarin language (Spoken & Written).
- At least 7 years of working experience in Finance SSC or BPO industry.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and end-to-end AP processes.
- Result-oriented, analytical and have a process mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and high adaptability to multicultural contacts.
- Fosters an environment that values teamwork and collaboration.
