The Sales Performance Manager is responsible for driving sales performance and productivity within the organization. This role involves analyzing sales data, monitoring key performance metrics, and implementing strategies to improve sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to improve sales performance and meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set realistic sales goals and objectives.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to sales representatives to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales representatives.
- Develop and implement incentive programs and sales contests to motivate and reward high-performing sales representatives.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, such as conversion rates, average sales value, and sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and potential risks.
- Conduct market research and customer surveys to gather insights and feedback for sales strategy refinement.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience (7+ years) in sales management, preferably in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Sound knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
