Job Description:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial accounting activities, such as journal entries, general ledger accounting, and account reconciliations.
  • Responsible for preparing financial reports, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement to communicate the financial position of the organization to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure that financial accounting processes adhere to accounting standards, policies, and procedures, and that the organization is ready for internal and external audits.
  • Manage fixed asset accounting, which involves tracking and reporting on the depreciation of fixed assets, maintaining accurate records of asset purchases, and tracking disposal of assets
  • Responsible for Intercompany Accounting and accurately recording financial transactions between related entities within the organization.
  • Manage taxation responsibilities include preparing and submitting tax returns, maintaining tax records, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
  • Continuously identify areas for process improvement and develops and implements new and more efficient financial accounting processes.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance or related fields.
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience under the RTR/GL function in a Shared Services setting.
  • Working experience with SAP accounting system.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solver and passionate in continuous improvement.
