About the job VP of Sales

Listed on HK Stock Exchange, our client has been continuously and creatively offering professional and comprehensive portfolio and solutions to customers across the food industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop business strategy in Vietnam market according to company strategy.
  • Provide suggestions on product strategy according to the marketing analysis and data.
  • Build and manage key account relationships and assist sales in the maintenance of revenue from key accounts in region
  • Contribute to the development of commercial infrastructure, processes, and systems to increase the quality and efficiency of support to the customers in South-East Asia Region.
  • Work with HQ to plan the market development strategy, formulate action plan and continuously monitor and improve the process, and ensure the achievement of the annual sales plan.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Food Science preferred.
  • At least 5 years of International trade in sales.
  • At least 10 years of supervisory or management experience in a commercial role; experience in developing Vietnam market is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience providing technical support or training to customers in the food Additives sector.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills required.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication in both English and local language.
  • Willing to travel up to 50%-60% or go aboard.
  • Ability and talent: strong logical thinking and work promotion ability, good professional ethics and charisma, bold, responsible and career-minded;
