Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Contact Center Representative. As a vital part of our US-Based Security Services company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels, including inbound calls, outbound calls, and e-mail support. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, address inquiries, resolve issues, and uphold the high standards of our security services.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing information about our security services.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns, service feedback, and ensure overall satisfaction.
- Respond to customer emails promptly, professionally, and accurately.
- Provide assistance with account management, billing inquiries, and service-related questions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Stay informed about the latest security services and industry updates to effectively communicate with customers.
Job Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications is a plus.
- At least 2 years of BPO customer service experience, preferably in the security services industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
