Senior Corporate Solicitor

A vacancy has arisen for a senior solicitor (10PQE +) for an expanding Corporate department in London. The successful candidate will have knowledge across a broad range of company law and corporate matters and be experienced in advising clients in the following areas, although it is not essential to have covered them all:

• Start-ups
• Joint Ventures
• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Private equity buy outs
• Capital markets work
• Banking

Salary is at market rate, depending on relevant skills and experience. You will need to have an established following and be prepared to produce a viable business plan.
