Litigation Career Associate

Our client is seeking a Career Associate with 7+ years of civil litigation experience to join their Litigation Business Unit, in any US office location. Fully remote work arrangements also will be considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses.
• Developing and implementing litigation strategies, conducting legal research, and analyzing complex cases.
• Managing document production, interrogatories, and depositions.
• Attending court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations; maintaining communication with clients.
• Assisting with witness preparation and exhibit organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a minimum of 7+ years' experience with complex civil litigation.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school & Strong Academic Credentials.
• Active Massachusetts Bar Membership in Good Standing
• AM Law 100 – 200 experience a Strong Plus
• Strong analytical, writing, and research skills with the ability to work independently.
