We are looking for an experienced TRIRIGA Functional Lead Consultant to join
our growing team and provide leadership across TRIRIGA functional domains.
Position Overview
The TRIRIGA Functional Lead Consultant will be responsible for leading functional
workstreams during TRIRIGA implementations, upgrades, and support
engagements. This role requires strong expertise across TRIRIGA modules (Lease
Administration, Space Management, Capital Projects, Operations & Maintenance,
etc.), hands-on configuration knowledge, and the ability to guide clients through
requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment.
As the Functional Lead, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, project
managers, and technical teams to ensure business needs are effectively translated
into TRIRIGA solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead functional design and configuration of IBM TRIRIGA solutions across
modules such as:
o Space & Move Management
o Operations & Maintenance
o Lease administration and Accounting
o Capital Projects
o Energy & Environmental Sustainability
Conduct business requirement workshops, gap analysis, and create functional
specifications.
Translate client business processes into TRIRIGA functionality and provide best
practice recommendations.
Guide the client on TRIRIGA capabilities, configurations, and workflows for
their enterprise use cases.
Oversee and validate TRIRIGA system configuration, data migration, and
lead system testing.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper integration with ERP, HR, and
financial systems.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and deployment activities.
Provide functional leadership and mentor junior consultants during project
delivery.
Ensure solutions align with Quantum Strides delivery standards and IBM
TRIRIGA best practices.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of TRIRIGA functional consulting experience across multiple modules.
Proven experience in TRIRIGA implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
Strong expertise in Space & Move Management and Operations & Maintenance.
Proficiency in developing functional documentation and business process flows.
Ability to engage with business and IT stakeholders for solution adoption and
change management.
Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with TRIRIGA integrations (Workday, ERP, GIS).
Familiarity with IWMS best practices and industry standards.
Knowledge of MAS (Maximo Application Suite) and MREF integration.
Professional certifications (PMP, ITIL, IBM TRIRIGA).
