About the Role

  • We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to lead field-level sales efforts for our AI Chatbot product. 
  • The ideal candidate should have priorexperience in AI solutions or SaaS product sales, with a proven ability to drive customer acquisition, manage client relationships, and close deals. 
  • This role will be based in Chennai, with flexibility for hybrid work. Candidates currently in Chennai or willing to relocate are welcome.
  • Initially, the role will focus on the Indian market, with future opportunities to expand sales efforts to the Middle East region, including potential onsite travel.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive end-to-end sales for the company's AI Chatbot product in the India region.
  2. Conduct field sales meetings, product demos, and requirement discussions with prospective clients.
  3. Identify, target, and qualify leads across industries that can benefit from AI chatbot solutions.
  4. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  5. Understand customer pain points and articulate how the AI Chatbot can address business needs.
  6. Collaborate with the product and technical teams to customize solutions based on client requirements.
  7. Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  8. Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts.
  9. Participate in future business expansion initiatives in the Middle East, with opportunities for onsite visits.

Required Skills & Experience

  1. 4- 5 years of proven experience in AI product sales, AI chatbot sales, or SaaS solution selling.
  2. Strong field sales experience with a target-driven mindset.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Ability to understand technical concepts of AI/Chatbot systems and explain them to clients.
  5. Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
  6. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  7. Willingness to travel for client meetings within India and, in future, to the Middle East.
  8. Based in Chennai or open to relocating.
