We are looking for an experienced Zoho CRM Specialist to urgently support our Sales and Leads teams by optimizing Zoho CRM integrations, automation, and telephony functionality.
The primary focus of this role is data mapping and automation between Apollo (lead generation tool) and Zoho CRM, along with Zoho Telefan telephony support.
Zoho CRM serves as our single source of truth for sales, and we require hands-on expertise to ensure seamless data flow, automation of sales cadences, and reliable telephony functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Map and sync lead and sales data from Apollo to Zoho CRM, ensuring accuracy and automation
- Configure and optimize Zoho–Apollo connector, including custom data mapping where required
- Automate sales cadences and sequences within Zoho (email, call follow-ups, task creation, workflows)
- Create reusable templates for emails, workflows, and automation inside Zoho
- Set up and customize dashboards and reports for Sales and Leads teams
- Enable and automate post-call workflows, including follow-up emails and tasks after initial calls
- Troubleshoot and support Zoho Telefan telephony functionality (tech support–oriented)
- Ensure smooth CRM usage for sales operations with minimal manual intervention
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven hands-on experience with Zoho CRM (mandatory)
- Strong experience in data mapping and CRM integrations (Apollo or similar lead tools preferred)
- Expertise in Zoho automation: workflows, cadences, sequences, templates
- Experience building sales dashboards and reporting in Zoho
- Working knowledge of Zoho Telefan or Zoho telephony integrations
- Ability to diagnose and resolve telephony-related functional issues
- Strong understanding of sales CRM processes and lead lifecycle management
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience integrating Apollo with Zoho CRM
- Experience supporting fast-paced sales teams
- Ability to work independently and deliver quickly under urgent timelines.
