About the Role:
We are looking for a UI Lead Developer with a strong background in React.js and front-end architecture to lead the development of cutting-edge user interfaces. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in modern front-end frameworks and capable of developing responsive, high-performance web applications that communicate effectively with backend systems, and exposure to AI-powered tools.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead UI development efforts using React.js, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and backend developers.

Translate business requirements and user feedback into intuitive and responsive user interfaces.

Build and maintain component libraries, design systems, and reusable UI frameworks.

Optimize front-end performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to junior developers.

Explore and implement AI-powered development tools or code editors to improve productivity and code quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in front-end development, with strong expertise in React.js and modern JavaScript.

Deep understanding of component-based architecture and state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.).

Experience with frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, Vite), REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
Solid experience in API integration (REST/GraphQL) and handling asynchronous data flow (Axios, Fetch, etc.) -
Exposure to AI-driven code editors (e.g., GitHub Copilot, TabNine, CodeWhisperer) or similar tooling.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Background in mentoring or leading UI teams in agile environments.
