About the Role:

We are looking for a UI Lead Developer with a strong background in React.js and front-end architecture to lead the development of cutting-edge user interfaces. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in modern front-end frameworks and capable of developing responsive, high-performance web applications that communicate effectively with backend systems, and exposure to AI-powered tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead UI development efforts using React.js, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

  • Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and backend developers.

  • Translate business requirements and user feedback into intuitive and responsive user interfaces.

  • Build and maintain component libraries, design systems, and reusable UI frameworks.

  • Optimize front-end performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

  • Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to junior developers.

  • Explore and implement AI-powered development tools or code editors to improve productivity and code quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in front-end development, with strong expertise in React.js and modern JavaScript.

  • Deep understanding of component-based architecture and state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.).

  • Experience with frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, Vite), REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.

    Solid experience in API integration (REST/GraphQL) and handling asynchronous data flow (Axios, Fetch, etc.)
  • Exposure to AI-driven code editors (e.g., GitHub Copilot, TabNine, CodeWhisperer) or similar tooling.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Background in mentoring or leading UI teams in agile environments.
