About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Developer with a strong track record in selling enterprise solutions such as TRIRIGA, Maximo, IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management Systems), AI-driven solutions, or chatbots. This role will focus on driving business growth, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence for our AI-powered facility management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within facility management, real estate, and enterprise software sectors.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the adoption of our AI-driven solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and industry leaders.
  • Present, demonstrate, and position the value of our solutions in alignment with client needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product development, and customer success) to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales of TRIRIGA, Maximo, IWMS, AI/chatbots, or related enterprise solutions.
  • Strong understanding of facility management, real estate operations, and enterprise AI applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with SaaS, cloud-based solutions, or AI-driven enterprise software.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation in facility management and workplace automation.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead sales initiatives.
