About the job Technical Manager
The Technical Manager who shall have a detailed understanding of all technologies and technical approaches with the ability to quickly understand the technologies used in the target system. The resource shall be able to facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical resources. The Technical Manager shall ensure that the system is developed in accordance with the Agency’s functional and technical requirements and be aligned with best practices. The Technical Manager shall facilitate and function as an implementation manager who shall guide the Agency through the adoption and use of the system, assist in improving the implementation processes through increased speed and efficiency, ensure the Agency has the necessary training, and help facilitate organizational change and ensure that all technical changes are managed according to best practice and system configurations, during the design, development, implementation and into operations, are managed and documented.
Five (5) years of experience as a technical manager
Prior experience in public sector healthcare system implementation projects, and institutional knowledge of federal regulations; current work assignments (client name); and home office location.
